Ugh, little-undeveloped people shouldn't be able to make these kinds of demands. They are lucky people just barely care enough about their division

WHy?
Because as the Salido fight showed, he doesn't have enough experience to be able to deal with a man that comes in heavier than he does.
He has crowd pleasing style, but if the opponent is able to make 126 then blows up (like ODH or Nonito), Loma needs to be able to fight in a way that he can still win.
And yes I agree that after the Salido fight he doesn't want to fight a man that will come in heavy, too much risk not enough experience. He also did say that he wants to end his career probably at welter, but he has many years to go still.

Yes. Loma has started his career off better than anyone in my time watching the sport so he deserves respect. That said, we exist in a world where casual fans do not often rally behind fighters with multiple losses so early in their career so I understand why he and his team would move away from another fight with a "bigger" guy with more pro experience.
He can fight Vevetkya and that is still a very difficult fight for someone in their 6th pro fight. I just want to see him and walters fight to prove who the best 126lber is.

i agree with this. rigondeaux is a small guy and lomachenko doesn't rehydrate that much either so a rehydration clause is a non issue.
this is the best fight of the decade so far. two guys in their prime, who don't run and fight like cowards. just pure master class performance.

Two, Two-time gold Olympians fighting for the throne is a match made in boxing heaven... It would be a shame if petty drama queen BS ruined this fight....
Abd yes, you are right, Loma needs to fight Rigo. It seems that Loma is starting to be avoided and ducked. But I'll tell you this - Rigo needs it more, 'cause he's been avoided for a longer period of time in 122. If he refuses to fight Loma in 126 now, he'll anyway have to move up to 126 in a not to distant future to find a good competion and money.
As the conclusion - it's easier for Rigo to meet Loma than visa versa.
And I reallu hope this fight will happen as I can't even remember if I ever saw a fight with so much skills in both sides.

I beleive that he could do now 124 but will happen to be much more exhausted, and I understand why he might refuse to do this.

From Loma's facebook:
Egis Klimas: "Fight Lomachenko-Rigondeaux can only be featherweight champion"
Information 'shootout' between the teams Lomachenko and Rigondeaux continues.
Manager of WBO featherweight title (up to 57.1 / 126 lbs) Ukrainian Vasyl Lomachenko Egis Klimas responded to the proposal manager of the world champion of WBA and WBO junior featherweight title (up to 55.2 / 122 lbs) 34-year-old Cuban Guillermo Rigondeaux Gary Hyde, who proposed to organize a fight at a catch-weight of up to 124 (56.2 kg) pounds:
"Rigondeaux can weigh 124 pounds, I do not care - said Klimas. - It can even weigh 118 pounds, if he wants, but the official weight will be 126 pounds. This featherweight division "
