Come off it, going on like it was a micky ward esque body shot from hell, when it hardly connected

Some Thurman Collazo sanity in this thread. Thurman eating a lot of undue **** for what was a reasonably good performance imo.

Thurman didn't take a knee because he wasn't a Puerto Rican.

That was the perfect liver shot.

I have been dropped twice from this punch.

Takes real balls to stay on your feet, the pain is terrible.

Like I said in the other topic, taking a liver shot like that and still remaining on your feet that long is impressive when you see other fighters who go down IMMEDIATELY after taking that shot.

Taking a blind shot you ain't expecting period usually puts you down ask pacman bout that Marquez shot but a perfect counter to liver and not going down followed by another shot to same exact area is impressive on his part big ups to him for that

I like Thurman. He isnt the next coming of SRR but he will be entertaining to watch. He needs a little more polish of course.

Thurman was definitely hurt and he was kind of in a lull in the middle of the fight. Collazo had a little momentum there but when Thurman got back to form he started really pounding Collazo and that's when Collazo got those doubts about going the distance!

Seeing it clearly in the replays makes it obvious he got caught with a good shot. It was a good performance. Collazo had some moments but he wasn't going to win.

Fighters should master the art of body punching a lot more than they currently do. If done right it is a devastating strategy.
