              Even though Chavez was undersized at WW and lost (or should have lost) in his big fights there, look at whom he was fighting. Pernell Whitaker and a 25 year old Oscar DLH.

              He could probably have won a title at WW against lesser opposition than those fighters.

              At 140, Chavez was still a hell of a fighter, mostly in the late 80s and early 90s. He peaked at 135 against Rosario.
