We don't usually agree but this was a good post for this dum@ss thread. All because he has a certain opinion about Floyd. Damn this was so not needed!!!

At 140 he was still a beast and special but that was his ceiling. 147 was just to much for him, he still had good fights and performed well but 147 was just to much but there was nothing average about the man and his fighting style. Anyways saying JCC and average is a slap in the face to him and if anyone thinks that doesn't know how good he was or just plain DKSAB. At 140 was where he smashed Meldrick Taylor and ruined a future ATG(at the time) from becoming an ATG. People can say what they want but from 1985-1992(his zenith years) JCC was so special people were putting him in the category of the top 10 of all time at that time.

Chavez was an ATG at 130 and 135.

at 140 and 147 he was still well above average.

Looking at JCC'S skillset,(flat footed and no defense) and history was he average @ 140 or better? because he sure as hell wasn't good.

He wasn't great at 130. 135 and 140 were his best divisions by far.

He's still above average at 52 years old. Had an exhibition last friday and he can still kick ass.
