However tv time buys, free tickets, overpaying fighters & their opponents are all legal practices. His signing the fighters as an 'Advisor' then controlling them as a promoter is the illegal part. Venue squatting seems like a gray area and more of an issue with the venue's themselves as their private en******.
You sound eerily similar to Main Events.

    Alan Haymon

From the promoters standpoint they're afraid they're gonna lose business. From the media standpoint they play favorites. From the fans standpoint a lot of it is racism. Just listen to their excuses when they complain.

    1. How can PBC be substainable
They've never cared about boxing companies making or losing money. But when it comes to Haymon all of a sudden they're financial experts.

    2. There's to much boxing on tv. It's becoming saturated.
To many fights? So we should go back to 20 fights a year on HBO and SHO?

    3. What's gonna happen to the fighters when Haymon runs out of money?
They don't care about the fighters. If they did they'd donate to funds set up for retired boxers.

    4. He's paying the fighters to much.
How do you know they're paying to much? You're basing your opinion on what other companies paid. How do you know they aren't paying fighters to little? Perfect example is Floyd asking Arum for $20 mil to fight ODLH and Arum said that's not possible. One year later Floyd made $25 million fighting Oscar. If you can't see the promoters books you don't know who's being overpaid or underpaid

    5. Tickets are to cheap
I swear to God I heard a guy call in to a podcast and complain that his tickets to the Thurman fight were on $70.

Any complaints they have I can guarantee HBO, SHO,Arum & ODLH have done the same thing. They have ZERO valid points against Haymon.
