Very hard to make any determinationn on who's **** and who's not from what was presented in the article. It really has everything to do with exactly what was arbitrated between both sides in the original process, the details of which are unknown. But arbitration agreements are usually upheld by the court unless there is some form of duress. So basically it's up to the arbitrator.

I've read a few breakdowns of the released documents & it seems like there is at some degree of likelihood of these issues being more if not entirely relevant towards 2014 & before activities & if that is the case this is probably a arbitrator issue. I definitely think there was some shady **** in 2014 & before with Richard S. seemingly looking out for Haymon more than De La Hoya, but idk that much as happened in 2015 thus there likely is a solid chance an arbitration agreement would rule this issue.

No need to be Miss Cleo to that high profile suits among muti million dollar companies almost never get decided by juries. No1 wants to air their dirty laundry, so usually settlements are reached. Why do u think there was an arbitration clause in the first place? Being naive to how the world works doesn't make u smart. Smh.

Al Haymon is a boxing pimp nothing more

Slimy Al Haymon is taking advantage of these poor dumb boxers who have no upbringing or common sense and signing these clueless ****** warriors for peanuts to work for Slimy Al. Haymon is perpetuating a modern day slavery system for boxers to work and fight for the Haymon Plantation and slave camp. Sad to see but that is it.

Even if Haymon was to get this case to go to Arbitration, he'd still have to deal with the suit from Arum. To my knowledge Arum is undefeated in the courtroom.

Last time he faced off with Haymon he came out ahead. Haymon had to pay him a large $ figure for JCC Jr only for Jr to get his azz whooped by Fonfara. Win win for Arum. He made off with some millions and got rid of that lazy bum Chavez Jr in the process.

Your knowledge doesn't stretch back very far then.

This seems pretty straight forward. GBP tried to exercise a loophole and circumvent the process. Smart move on their part. We will see what happens.

If Haymon wins both suits he will come out of this more powerful than ever. It will be interesting to see if major fighters then make a move to sign with him.

If he loses, what will happen to all the guys he has signed?

Even if he "loses," he's not losing air time or his fighters.

True, he still has the programming spots available that any fighter needs to grow.

If he loses though my guess is the better fighters may look to leave. The fact he has a say over who the fighter can fight is problematic for me. If I was given the chance to leave that situation I'd have to explore it.
