To try and act as if Andre Ward didn't sell any tickets in Oakland, when he was already able to sell 8k tickets for the Dawson fight in 2012 (over 10k people in the building, so some tickets were given away, in an 18k-seat building no less) is downright disrespectful; LA-based Nipsey Hussle playing two songs, which was his entire participation in the event, didn't move tickets either.

Hear NSB tell the story, and you'd get an entirely different picture.

I'm not acting as if Ward didn't move any tickets so stop getting so offensive over it. And you can't use what happened with Ward/Dawson as some indication of how he would sell tickets 2 1/2 years later with one fight in between. That's not how it works.

Some people really need to look at a calendar. Ward fought Dawson over two years ago and in boxing terms, that is ancient history. His last fight was on BET and they were giving tickets away for free because not only did no network want to pay to show the fight, no one wanted to pay to see it either.
