Don't kid yourself, Chavez & Froch bring alot more money to the table and that matters. At the same time, Golovkin would have a speed advantage vs Froch & Chavez. With Ward he's giving up both size & speed - WTF shouldn't he ask for either more money or lower weight, especially since he's the one with a bigger name now.Comment

Look at all these crybabies, why doesn't Ward move down for GGG? Why must GGG move up?
Face it you all just want to see him lose because of his skin tone.
164 is completely fair i've been saying this as long as this fiasco has been going on.
Why must GGG move up for Ward and not vice versa?Comment

Froch is about to retire is slow and face first they know they can unload their power on him all night long , Ward is totally different and they know what we all know that Ward is a nightmare for GGG , the talk him up while he is knocking out nobodys but a real challenge they want special conditions , Manny and Floyd moved up over 5 divisions and this guy cant move up one , I like GGG but there is something plastic about him .Comment

Lol bring up something from over 2 years ago when ward was semi active and ward and Floyd was both dissing eachother to try and make a argument ward just had his first fight in 19 months last mint triple and his team has stated numerous times he can beat anyone from 154-168 is willing to fight froch and Chavez jr at 168 but ward has to come down do you hear how ****** some of you guys soundComment

I don't really see the problem with the catchweight demand if it's true. From GGG's point of view, he's more known than Ward and draws better so GGG would be the A side. Yet it would still probably be a 50/50 split, so why should GGG have to concede to all of Wards demands? It's not like fighting Ward is a big payday for GGG. If Ward doesn't want to fight at 164 then I won't blame him for it either. Just the nature of the business at this point.Comment

This is an opening negotiation tacit, if Ward doesn't budge on the money the fight doesn't happen at 168.Comment
