It may take casuals years to invest in boxing again. Pac should have fought more bravely, **** the injury etc. And mayweather should have been more aggressive and shown some sort of viable evidence for being TBE. Both guys showed they were shadows of the likes of SRL, Hearns, Hagler, Ali and so on.

No where did Larry state that Pep and Mayweather fight alike.

He asked would Pep be labelled a boring runner. To which the answer to that is a resounding yes.

I was saying that Larry was suggesting that the two would be, as you say, "boring runners". The point I was making is not just that Willie Pep's style is different, but also that it doesn't fall into the ether of "boring runner".

Let's not pretend that Floyd was not connected to this trend of Larry's obviously agenda pushed threads.
