But none of those guys actively hope that the sport fails. Its freaking nihilistic. Hell the most football fans complain about is Thursday night games tiring out the players.

Here we have "fans" that want the sport to be harder to access, and for legitimate names to pretty much get shelved for no other reason than they work with a guy (who might I add is pretty much a shadow) they don't like , and it irks them to the nth degree.

I guess but it is just slightly different. Hoping an owner goes bankrupt and has to sell a team, hoping a coach or gm gets fired, a guy being over payed, a guy getting traded but not fitting in, guys from the past were better, PED use, ref failures, rule usages, commissioner issues

All this garbage gets discussed in all the sports, I guess boxing being an individual sport it can be a bit more personal but honestly it isn't much different.

Yes he has. HBO has never gotten the ratings that Broner/Porter and Thurman/Guerrero got. Why don't you do your homework? Has HBO gotten better ratings than PBC overall? Yes, because it's been THE boxing network for the past 30 years or so. It's supposed to be. But as I stated, if you put Cotto or Canelo on a PBC card it would **** all over HBO's and Al's ratings. What you're mad about... I don't know.

Basically, those in the Pacquiao/TR camp, and those in the Canelo/GBP camp, feel they're doing their due diligence by opposing the PBC. It makes sense because Floyd is with Haymon, and Floyd has beaten their idols, so their actions are anticipated (just like their straight rights and left hooks). That's unfortunate, because personally, I've been very happy with the product. It's not at HBO or SHO level, but it's better than ESPN Friday Night Fights, and my wallet is a lot more happier! I like LSC, Mares, Gary Russell Jr., Errol Spence Jr., Amir Imam, Omar Figueroa, and Gausha. I think PBC has a very nice future!
