    Of course he would.

If Brook was destroyed i.e. like Bute vs Froch, they would most likely forfeit the rematch clause anyway.

Exact same reasons (UK rematch+purse split for rematch if Brandon wins) the Khan-Peterson fight fell apart a few years before it actually happened.

he's not complaining about the rematch clause, he's complaining that if he won he would then be forced to fight brook in the uk again for the same amount of money again, which is not really fair

I dont see the likes of Thurman, Bradley, JMM etc.. agreeing to Brooks demands

With all the corruption and fighters getting stiffed in the UK, i dont see many foreign boxers willing to come over twice
Bradley and Thurman fights would probably take place in the US where fighters never get stiffed and there's absolutely no corruption

Respectable numbers? The argument is can he do better numbers than Brook can in the UK?

The answer in no and you just wasted another post looking like a clown.

I said respectable because it is evident that if Brook can do 10 k against Matthew then it is bound to do better than that against Rios with a World title.

Point is if Rios wins in U.K. the rematch should be in United States because it is not as if we'd have a Bradley situation of selling 339 tickets in a 10 k facility against Alexander with Rios.

Why the hell should Rios as champ gotta trav......aah I see, Froch fights Ward outside of Oakland, so by principle the rematch should be in UK, but outside Nottingham. You want it in Nottingham. This is a similar theme. I get it.

The fight should go where the most money is.

But oh yeah. Boxers don't fight for money. I forgot that's what you suddenly believe

if brook loses the first fight, then he shouldn't have the advantages stacked in his favour in the rematch, because then he will be the challenger and rios the champion. in that event, rios will deserve a bigger purse split and the privilege to choose the location

i mean brook will be a heavy favourite in this fight anyway, so why is eddie hearn making such a big deal about the particulars of a rematch that will likely never occur?

                      I don't get it?

Are you referring to my Fat Yakism of using the word "ass". "Bum arse" just doesn't have the same ring to it. Bit of a strange thing to nitpick on but then you cry tears whenever I call Groves an Ugly Ginger kid.

I can only conclude that you are a bum ass ugly ginger kid.
