do they normally negotiate the terms of the potential rematch in the contract for the first fight? i assumed they just agreed in principal to the rematch and then only negotiated the particulars of it once the clause had actually been executed. anyway, i'm pinning this on brook and hearn. if rios is confident that he'll beat brook, then it's natural for him to be concerned with the terms of the rematch, whereas it's simply brook's job to ensure that a rematch isn't necessary
