It's OK to favor GGG over Lara but to degrade Lara's career by comparing him to Monroe is nonsense. And it's funny because a lot of your teammates are demanding Floyd and Canelo to move up to 160 to fight GGG even though they've never fought at the weight before.

And if you want to degrade Lara because of the Angulo fight (where he won by TKO and was winning on points) why not use the same logic for Monroe/Boone, Lemiuex Rubio, Lee/Chavez Jr & Vera, etc. ? They all got checked but those are fights that you are defending/demanding.

Re-read my post. Nowhere did I compare Lara to Monroe. I simply stated Monroe is a true middleweight, he's physically larger than Lara. I have said Lara is the better fighter but I don't think he could cut it at 160.

I'm aware Lara won by TKO against Angulo. He was dropped twice and Angulo quit due to the hematoma on his face. The point was he was being physically out muscled, hurt and dropped against the guy. He went life and death with Angulo. Think about that for a moment. Angulo. Golovkin is bigger, stronger and better at everything than Angulo. That's why to me it's obvious Lara wouldn't last against Golovkin. The style matchup strongly favors triple G. There is nothing Lara can do to keep him off.

No chasing, he's Gggs cheapest, most lopsided opponent purse wise since he got on HBO. And no issues getting him on HBO. Lara brings nothing but political issues, and his last purse was 1m for a mismatch, which you're somehow most accepting of. Figures, being a Brook fan. One difference, unlike Gggs mismatch, Lara was terrible viewing, terrible ratings and gate

I'm not asking for that fight, direct your pointless question elsewhere.

What is Laras signature win with his 12 KOs?

Floyd is lineal SWW champ, rated higher than Lara. Not to mention tons more money and exposure duh

              GGG is unproven at 168.

He needs to prove himself before getting a shot at the cash cow of the division, Froch.

I don't believe he'll cut it at Super Middleweight. Paul Smith might bully him around the ring. We just don't know!

Floyd is a 147 fighter that moved up and proved he's good enough to win titles at 154. Golovkin should do the same if he's as good as his fans think he his.

GGG fans are saying hes among the best fighters today.
Floyd fans are saying hes the best of all time.

Huge difference. But riddle me this, why don't you or any other Floyd fans want to see Floyd vs Lara? Boxing, apparently to you guys, is about "hit and not get hit", "the sweet science", "its boxing not knockouts". So why not push Lara vs Floyd? Same division, same manager.

That's why we make the fights. This logic can be used for everyone.

"Lemieux was stopped by Rubio. Imagine when Golovkin hits him"

"Lee was stopped by Chavez. Imagine when Golovkin hits him"

"Cotto was stopped by Margarito. Imagine what Golovkin will do to him"

"Canelo was hurt by Abner Cotto. Imagine what Golovkin will do to him"

If Lara actually wants the fight then Team GGG should push for it to get a quality fighter on his resume and do what Canelo failed to do.

I agree with this. Now what? Why does Lara automatically jump up to the front of 160 when he has no wins there? Is it his 12 KOs? Or is it his ability to struggle with Angulo that makes him such a monster at 160?
