HBO have not approved Golovkin-Froch as a PPV. Nor is it a Vegas fight.

That's why Golovkin wants to come to the UK to steal some of Froch's ticket sales and PPV revenue. He isn't bringing **** to the table for a high roller like Froch

Froch coming out of semi-retirement to fight GGG would be throwing that entitled team a massive bone.

I do know the answer. Golovkin's team aren't willing to put him against those kinds of fighters due to the high risk and the lower reward.

Fighting Froch is not the same risk because you get paid ****loads win, lose or draw.

A lot of Froch's fights in the Super Six weren't shown on Sky or BoxNation. He was fighting on obscure channels that no one had heard of.

The Bute win made him a Sky PPV fighter. Taking a risky fight coming off a bad loss to Ward.

Golovkin had the opportunity to fight Ward a year or so ago which would have made him a star with a win. His refused because they felt they were entitled to a quote "large chunk" of the purse.

Froch had to fight a list of world class opposition before he was PPV.

GGG turns down world class opposition because they are not PPV when he has fought nobody.

Golovkin fans/team use the same excuse not to fight Ward. No PPV, no fight. Yet they criticise Froch for doing the same.

Why wouldn't they want to see that fight? It's a true 50/50

2) Froch had to fight a list of world class opposition before he was PPV.

It's not the same kind of risk. Lara can potentially make GGG look bad and even beat him. Then the whole Titanic hype-ship sinks and Loeffler's pockets aren't lined as much as he'd want.

When the fight was proposed to Golovkin's promoter, he said it didn't make financial sense because Golovkin would want a large chunk of the purse. Even though Ward was the bigger name at the time and way more deserving.

If he'd done a Kovalev by taking short money and then beaten Ward, he would probably be a PPV fighter by now.

They weren't confident about the beating Ward part though.

Who proposed the fight? Not team Ward. And remember **** for brains Loeffler said they got a large chunk from Chavez, 2.5m or under 30%. Large chunk doesnt mean 50/50 or better
