I would favor Rios, but Broner's speed would give Rios problems. Would be good fight to watch. The trash talk would build up the fight, Broner's back is against the wall, so hopefully that would be enough to fight harder than he did against Porter. If Broner lost to Rios, his career would be pretty much over. Broner would be better off in the 140 division.
