And Broner arguably didn't do enough to take Paulie's belt. Broner threw over 800 punches against Paulie only because Paulie can't hurt a fly.

Broner threw some of the least ever against Shawn Porter and Maidana. Rios would have no problem taking the fight to Broner.

Broner is very weak to pressure, and while Rios has been outboxed it has been by better boxers than Broner. Broner is a seriously overrated boxer who has now been exposed, he has good physical attributes and used to be huge at the lower weight classes but he has shown how terrible he really is now that he is fighting guys his own size.
