I'm willing to bet that boxrec had Geale top 50 and Murray around 50 or a bit lower based on how their boxrec scores going into their fights with GGG compare to those of the current top 50 p4p.

Is that true....I could have swore that Ward has been on most p4p list.

Also I'm I hearing that Geale is top 50 p4p?

There is a simple reality about GGG.

He HAS cleaned out the middleweight division. The only opponents left for him are paper champs that refuse to fight him.

Martin Murray should have been the Lineal MW champion, but got robbed of that distinction, now people act like Cotto is the true champion, after he beat the Martinez that lost to Murray coming off a year long layoff, and surgery on both knees.

Murray his GGG, best win. Murray was for all intents and purpose, the actual middleweight champion.

        GGG took him to school.

GGG took Geale the former unified Champion to school.

He pounded out Macklin. Then has solid names like Rosado and Stevens on there.

Throw in the fact that he passes the eye test, and has an extraordinary skill set, ******ed power, and you have GGG, middleweight Kingpin.

Oh throw in that he wants to fight EVERYONE. Its impossible to not like him as a fight fan unless.

        A) Your favorite fighter is in immediate danger of taking a loss from him.
        or
        B) He makes your favorite fighter look like a ***** for not seeking out the best fighters in their division.

I seriously don't get the hate that he has been getting. He will fight anyone anywhere anytime, is willing to take the short money on the road just to stay active, and always gets the KO.

        What more can people ask?

          Anyone?

What does that have to do with anything?

But the Super Six did happened so Ward is not the topic of discussion here, Golovkin resume is.

Can someone provide us with a p4p fighter on Golovkin boxing resume?

But do you consider Geale or Murray p4p fighters?

GGG has been facing guys in the top 15 maybe up to top 25 but definitely in the top 50... His last 5 opponents were probably top 25 in boxrec.

Murray, Geale, and Macklin were all probably top 10 guys at the time too.

The thing is GGG is levels above these guys, hell I bet Nobuhiro Ishida was top 50 and Ishida KO'd Kirkland faster than Canelo did.

This was BE FORE the super six, at the Super six he beat fighters that would **** all over GGG's 33 opponents, and u didn't't see Ward get tgat kinda hype before or even after the super six, and this is why a lot of people are critical of GGG, it's the unearned hype.

Ishida was coming off 2 losses to Pirog and Williams, nothing to be proud of really.

I've been through this thread so far and no one can give me a top 50 pound for pound fighter that Gennedy has faced?

I wonder if his hype is warranted when it easy to look good when you are not fighting a fighter who is not on your level.

I'm keeping hope open to see if someone can give me a top 50. I made it 50 instead of 10 to allow as provide as much hope as possible.
