If you watch that fight listening to Sugar Ray's bias "Lamont's conditioning is just amazing...His jab is just amazing..." You just might think winning 4 rounds in a fight, means you win the fight.


Garcia put MORE rounds in the bank and Peterson's late attempt at a comeback was TOO LATE.


Peterson's jab was falling 2 inches short ALL night and yet the commentators were acting like he was doing something. Never in my life, have I watched a fight in which the fighters looked like they were 10 feet apart for most of the night.. Peterson confused AVOIDANCE with "sweet science" and it cost him the fight.

Yes, very true. Danny is just not that good, wish people could be honest with themselves about this and not defend a fighter because they share a similar cultural background. Only idiots do this. But, yeah he is about in line with the rest of the good 140-147 lbers, but not better. Let's see who the real standout is at these divisions. Still to be seen.

And yes, I'm Puerto Rican. But, we just don't have any good fighters at the moment. Mexico will always be the backbone of boxing and will continually produce more champions and better fighters then us. It's just the way it is. Gotta keep it real.
