Froch is living up to his quote - "if GGG can be avoided, we will avoid him".

GGG fights the best fighters who will agree to fight him but he can't make guys like Froch and Ward fight him even when he agrees to give them a big size advantage and fight them at a weight limit of 168. Ward tries to say he wants the fight but GGG doesn't. I believe GGG who fights 4 times a year and will go to England to fight Froch. I don't believe Ward who fights about once every other year in his home town of Oakland.

He hasn't fought on HBO because the Haymon ban. And HBO clearly makes exceptions when one of their darling A sides wants to fight someone from Haymon. They made an exception for their darling Ward when he wanted Rodriguez. They'll make an exception for their darling Kovalev for a Stevenson fight. They made an exception for their darling promoter Bob Arum when the Korobov-Quillin fight was supposed to land on HBO before Quillin ducked out. So it's completely reasonable to believe that HBO will make an exception for their darling Golovkin if Golovkin wants it.

Here's GGG chance to become a two weight class champion. Legacy!
