Golovkin weighed 170 May 16, the fight night weight is his real weight, he doesn't lose it a week later. For this fight to happen he'd have to lose 16 pounds in four months which is insane and next to impossible for a lean athlete. There's no way this happens.

True, I just was pointing out the differences you get from people. Funny, but its the same thing at 168.

Ward v GGG-GGG wants to clean out the MW division. ok cool. Froch/Chavez/DeGale @ 168-well GGG can clean later.
No dumbfcuk, the logistics of making GGG vs Floyd are totally different than Lara. Floyd is ppv duh, and GGG may well have an exception in his contract for that. Even if not, HBO may happily let him fight on Sho ppv since he comes back as a megastar after brutalizing Floyd

HBO would have no say in a rehydration and frankly neither K2; they would take whatever Floyd offer and have to go with it. They are not in Manny & Top Rank position.

I don't know off the top of my head. GGG and HBO wants the fight Floyd can get over 154 I personally think 156 is fair.

            Per Iole:

"I'm not suggesting that Mayweather should fight Golovkin or should be ridiculed if he declines to do so if such a bout is offered, because he is a welterweight and Golovkin is a middleweight. That said, it's not outrageous to suggest that they fight, because Mayweather does hold a 154-pound belt and Golovkin has repeatedly said he could make 154 pounds easily. If you're a 154-pound champion, then you should be ready, willing and able to fight anyone who can make the 154-pound limit.

There was ample evidence presented just last week that proves Golovkin could make it. On the Monday before the fight, he weighed 161 pounds, just one over the middleweight limit and only seven away from the super welterweight limit."

There are only two good fights for Floyd. Lara and GGG, and neither of these has even a remote possibility of culminating.

How do you figure? Fight night weights for super welter contenders

                Canelo 172+
                Trout 171+
                Lara 170+
                Angulo 174+

I hope so. Floyd boxes Golovkin's ears off and sees Triple G's punches a mile away! Floyd by UD.

                      This is the problem.

If Floyd beats a zombie, so what?
