I am no legal expert, but regarding PBC..... it sounds to me like Haymon is guilty of being a far better businessman than Rob Arum.
Pretty sure that Haymon is technically breeching the Ali Act, but everything else seems to be standard business practice.
Rob Arum would not be objecting if he had thought of it first.Comment

I understand that you may see your characterization of the parties to the lawsuit as descriptively accurate. However, history gives what you may think of as simple adjectives a more sinister meaning. It's very easy to tell people whose history you do not share (or do not know about) what they should and should not be offended by.Can't people read on this website? I didn't say he was getting sued cuz he was black, I said let's see if he wins that ridicoulus case against a white ***, there's a big difference, they would've tried to sue him even if he was green cuz they're desperate and he's taking over the sport.
Why do people misinterpret things once someone mentions race, calling a *** a *** is not racist.
I understand that you don't consider yourself to be anti-semitic, but being anti-semitic or racist is not just about actively showing hostility. It also has to do with propapgating harfmul stereotypes -- and in this case those stereotypes are eerily reminiscent of **** propaganda. The nonchanlance with which you state that ***s control the world is troubling.
Maybe your friends know who you are and what you are really about, but you should not expect strangers to be so sympathetic.Comment

Dunno about better businessman. Arum has found a way to make money on boxing promotion for decades, longer than anyone. Haymon is all about burning through someone else's money. That almost brought down HBO boxing, got him kicked out, pretty much destroyed Sho boxing in short order, and has already burned through 140m of investor money with poor resultsI am no legal expert, but regarding PBC..... it sounds to me like Haymon is guilty of being a far better businessman than Rob Arum.

I dont think you have a clue as to their business model.
I would take you seriously, but you defended Arum, so are likely clueless.Comment
