It's a shame really these guys call themselves boxing fans but **** on a really good division like Middleweight because they dislike the top fighter there.

Super Middle Weight is a good division but so is Middleweight.

Lemiuex and NDam just gave us a FOTY contender in a fast past, high level boxing match. But since they hate GGG they'll rather call those two guys bums rather than give the division it's proper due.

Even the Pavlik Martinez defeated wasn't that good and he gave him hell. We saw how Hopkins dismantled him.

People forget it wasn't Pavlik's boxing ability that KO'd Taylor, Taylor was in complete control in that fight. He put him down early and went for the KO, but in the process punched himself out. After that Pavlik walked down an exhausted Taylor taking full advantage. JT beat himself lol. After that he was never the same.

No one is saying middleweight is better. The purpose of this thread is to inform people middleweight is a good division and for people to stop pretending Super Middle is some stacked division.

SMW is crap also. DeGale is currently 2nd best and he's completely gassed by 6 rounds without much activity beforehand. Please don't try to polish that turd.

Ward and DeGale are stand outs. Froch will be retired soon.

AA, Groves, Jack and Andre Dirrell could probably have some competitive fights amongst themselves. It's not the division it was a few years back though.
