Nobody really gives a rat's azz about Vargas in a fight that he was clearly outpointed. There was a 99.9% chance that Bradley was going to survive the round and the fight.

Larry, you get like this anytime a fighter is mentioned as a possible opponent for Floyd.

The outrage isn't there because it was clear Vargas was not going to win.

Larry makes a good point. It's BS. Should be a no contest. If it were a more popular fighter, people would be losing their ****. It is of no consequence that bradley likely would have won.

I highly doubt if Vargas would've finished him off but the ref made a horrible mistake and removed any possibility of us getting the answer to the question.

As a neutral observer I would say they should make the result a "no contest" and order a rematch. And suspend the ref for at least one year.

Larry is again attacking imaginary Floyd related double standards. You just did this a couple days ago. Christ.

They were clinching around 10 seconds...

Factor in the time that it would take for the referee to break it apart and them to get up close to one another.

Probably 6~ seconds remaining when you factor that in.

Vargas wouldn't brutally KO Bradley in 6 seconds to where the Referee decides to stop the fight.

Good point...the site literally would down for days.

It was one of the weirdest things I've seen. Awarding a championship belt after that event doesn't fly as far as I'm concerned. Should be ruled a no contest.
