1. Who cares
2. It was only 4 seconds left
3. Vargas clearly lost
Neither vargas or his fans have any right to cry. If you want to win a fight, you don't do it in the last 5 seconds. Ref made an error, nothing you can do about it. Far as I know time machines haven't been invented.
Bradley won the fight period.Last edited by DARKSEID; 06-29-2015, 06:26 PM.Comment

If Vargas had almost knocked Floyd you would come on here and claim Vargas is an A+ fighter and the future of boxing too make Floyd win that much more impressive over him.Comment

I can see asking "where's the outrage?"
But doesn't always have to be about Floyd with you. SheeshComment

also, I think the fight should have been ruled a "no contest". If the ref stops the fight without the reason of protecting a fighter or the like--it should be a no contest. It doesn't matter what's happening in the fight. It's like the Taylor/Chavez fight. The job is to protect the fighter no matter what the clock says.
So, if he stopped it just because--no contestComment

The rules of boxing were not followed...it's as simple as this. In retrospect the commission needs to declare the fight a NC and take back the belt. When Tyson beat Golota the commission declared it a NC after the fight because of Tyson testing for marijuana...the rules of boxing were not followed so what is the difference here? Who is to say with 2 seconds left on the clock that Vargas wouldn't have pulled off a Juan Manuel Marquez vs Manny Pacquiao KO? Bradley was already obviously hurt and it should not be left to speculation.Comment
