Floyd Mayweather Jr has never weighed more than 151 for a fight in his life.

Golovkin can continue on with his can crushing at 160; if he wants the Floyd fight though, he better have his team let everyone know that he's willing to go down to 150lbs+1. lol

He has weiged in at the scales at 155 and 153lbs in his "MW" fights, he's too small. Lee? KO'ed a couple times already by Brian Vera and JCC Jr, Lemieux, Quillin, all average fighters. There's nothing there. It makes more sense to want to stay at a weight class that is actually good. Fans need to stop making up this unimportant task for Golovkin to clean up such a terrible division. People want him at 168 because it's a good division, we want him out of 160 because it sucks. Ward has some new blood to clean up there, DeGale, Jack, Ramirez. Don't get me wrong, i'd much rather Ward fight Stevenson, Kovalev and Pascal.
Don't lie! You want GGG out of MW, so that your favorites (Canelo, Cotto, Mayweather, insert the name) had a playground there and could claim those "x-division champ" honours. GGG is a roadblock for this...

Why would the reigning, unified, lineal, 2x SWW champ need such a disgraceful stipulation? You really have no respect or faith in Floyd

**** you and every other Golovkin fan that is downright scared of a Ward fight.
          "Are you ready to fight?"

          GGG: "Yes"

          Ward: "No"

          • Mayweather's Weight

Mayweather could easily fight at 154. He sure looked heavier than 154 in the Pac fight and he would not disclose his fight night weight. He looked around 160-162 to me. He knows Golovkin can make the catchweight but he is simply not willing to take up the challenge. Paulie is obviously in love with Floyd.

Because he's the p4p king, will likely split the fight money 98% in his favor, and is entering into a fight where Golovkin is near literally bringing nothing to the table.

Why the **** would he give Golovkin anything, especially in a fight that does absolutely nothing for him? (Look at the fights at 154 that Floyd had; went to 154 because that was what Oscar wanted - did $150m in business, went to 154 to face Cotto - did $100m in business, Team Canelo made the mistake of conceding 152 before the talks so Floyd took advantage - did $200m in business)

It's not like Golovkin has any standing at junior middleweight to merit a call for the full poundage; if he wants that golden ticket, why not 150?

Again cause he's lineal, unified SWW champ, with current title reign at 3+ years. If he was too small, he should have have dropped it way back. But you love them catchweight paper champs eh

And lol at Canelo conceding 152. In 2011, jacka$$. Here's what he was saying in 2013

Saul 'Canelo' Alvarez: Floyd Mayweather must face me at 154 pounds, I can't go lower
