Ward on BET gets 325K viewers

What a total bust. Ward on BET scored 325 thousand viewers with a 0.09 demographic rating to finish in 71st place in Saturday's cable ratings list. Yes, that's right... 71st PLACE! That's downright embarrassing and worse ratings than even Lara got on Spike!

The Lemieux fight doesn't even appear on the top 100 list at all. I have no idea what their rating was.

you guys go so far out of the way to let us know how embarassed ward made you when he outclassed carl froch

as if you care at all about american TV ratings.

BET, a network you've probably never heard of, is "black entertainment television."

it's a niche network. i didn't even ahve BET on my regular cable package until recently.


my only concern is that these shows aren't sustainable for rocnation. i don't care how much money they've got. they can't sustain gigantic losses liek that.

thy're taking a long term outlook on ward. they want him happy now, so that he wont' jump ship when golvokin and kovalev are potential PPV fights.


tjhe PPV landscape is going to shift dramatically when floyd retires. i can't say that ward will fill the void. i'd be shocked if he's a 10th of the star. still, a tenth of nine figures, which is what floyd allegedly earned to fight pacquiao, is a life changing amount of money, and worth the investment for rocnation.

To the British contingency that has a man crush on the Cobra hood/foreskin unfortunately no amount of poor ratings for Ward will fix Carl. he was done in by the SOG man! Also much as Froch is liked in England, if one travels to Oakland one would see a lot of love for Ward. So while Froch may pack em in...
