Which is pretty ****** because if you ever watch a Tom Leoffler interview he's just answering questions the same way a politician would.

Seems like everyone knows this except for a few of you dip****s here lol.
So why doesn't he say that? He has no problem saying that Cotto's people have said no or that Eddie Hearn doesn't return his emails. Why does he never say Haymon won't allow Lara on HBO? VERY STRANGE.

Why does he keep saying the Lara fight is possible? He said it after both of GGG's last fights.

From what you're saying, Team GGG are liars

I am sure the things he says in private are considerably different to what he says in an interview.

And anyone who has ever worked with the public in any capacity or has worked in any service industry knows that you never let your own feelings control what you say in public.
      Oh really?

No one is saying he has to insult anyone. Just tell the truth. If you've offered Al Haymon the fight and he' said no, then tell us that. It's not an insult and he has done it to other promoters.

Again, he says he gets no response from Cotto's people or that "his friend" Eddie Hearn won't return his emails or that Oscar doesn't want Canelo or Lemiuex in with Golovkin yet.

But he won't say "Al Haymon doesn't want Lara to fight my guy" because he wants to keep his options open for the future.

      ***ing laughable.

        Weird one.
Not so weird if you just think about it, instead of trying to see pictures in tea leaves, or whatever it is you psychic prophets do.

Loefler hoped to make a unification fight between GGG and the winner of Lemieux/N'Dam. When Lemieux won the fight, Loefler talked to his promoter and tried to make the fight.

        Do you get it now?

Read the tea leaves again Nostradirkus. Maybe you'll find the answer you seek.

But if you do, don't bother posting it here, because nobody gives a fuck about Lara vs GGG except you and a few other trolls.

And no one wants to see GGG against the next plumber except you and his other diehard fans who admit you'd rather see that than against a world class tricky customer like Lara.

            • There is a huge difference in saying 'that's a possibility we're looking into' and saying 'That's possible'. And when either is said to a reporter during an interview, they are more a matter of politeness than coming right out and saying 'Are you a total moron? Haymon would never allow Lara to fight on HBO. That's a ****** question.'

Why does he have to be rude? He could just say "I've contacted Haymon about the fight and it's not a possibility because they won't allow Lara to fight on HBO".

He has said similar sentences about several other promoters but with Haymon, he's being "polite" or a "politician"

I'd rather see him fight another MW belt holder than either Lara or the plumber, tbh.

But he's been turned down. We all knew Lemiuex would turn it down. Move on to the next. Lara is willing and waiting.

                    • After thinking about this a little bit...This is the right choice! Let Lemieux debut on HBO and score an impressive KO and what this will do is make their fight even bigger instead of doing it next fight. Sadly I don't think many people watched his fight and the ones that didn't missed out on excellent fight. So with that being the case if he jumps into a GGG bout now that is not a big fight at all as it stands right now. However if he takes on a mandatory and destroy who ever is next ON HBO, then that starts up GGG vs Lemieux even more.

So I'm OK with this! Just as long as GGG IS NEXT! If they don't do GGG next then I will have to call BS!
