They haven't told Loeffler so I consider that namedropping only. They are not serious. They dont feel like cashing Lara out yet.

Loeffler is the one who has namedropped Lara after both of GGG's last two fights and has done nothing to even TRY to make the fight happen.

They are not serious. They don't feel like risking the chance that it's an "ugly fight" (aka GGG looks bad) and not a "big drama show" (aka GGG knocks out a parking valet)

I turned Lara's last fight off in the middle rounds and went and scrubbed my bathtub. That is how boring he is. And that is coming from a boxing fan who would even watch Tye Fields fights from some National Guard in the middle of Nowhere, Montana. Again, you know the fight has to be on HBO so surely Loeffler needs to call them with an offer, no?

So you're saying Golovkin doesn't want it? It's sad to hear that Golovkin doesn't want to fight the only elite fighter that's calling him out.

If Golovkin doesn't want it, why should Lara call him? It's up to Golovkin to decide if he wants it and tell Lara that. Golovkin already knows Lara wants it. Lara just has to assume they have no interest if they don't call him because Golovkin is the guy who calls the shots.
