I believe all people concerned have basically confirmed it's a done deal and ready to announce as early as this week.

Kell is being a lot more vocal about a potential Floyd fight and I've not read/heard anything from anyone apart from Robert Garcia. I seriously hope he doesn't fight Rios he is a legitimate world champion and has had his fair share of passes, Rios is not acceptable at this stage, worse of all Hearn will make this PPV!
