Provo vs Rios is a ppv worthy of 100 ppv. That fight would be better than Gatti vs Ward 1. It would probably be the most entertaining fight in history. But it won't happen. Just like we never got Tyson vs Forman or Bowe vs Tyson or Lewis vs Bowe.

Soto would give Provo a good fight and it could send Soto into the retirement slope if Provo is on his A game.

Provos power vs Sotos combos/activity. Winnable for Soto. Retirement would depend on the fashion the fight is won, but Soto is very solid, id pick him against at least 5 in the top 10.
