Comments Thread For: Frank Warren: Wilder Disappointed, Fury Beats Him

Just for a second or so, my old spar-mate Don King must have thought he was back in the big-time when Deontay Wilder’s legs wobbled in the third round as he was caught by Eric Molina, a big lump from Texas last weekend.

I bet his old heart skipped a beat, as the tubby Tex-Mex was King’s man, his only remaining world champion Bermane Stiverne having surrendered his WBC heavyweight title to Wilder six months before.

        Why?
Did Cunningham not knock Fury down ?
Is Cunningham not really a cruiserweight ?
Does Wilder not punch harder than Cunningham ?
Fury may win, but in no way is the other poster an idiot !!!
You are showing your arrogance there mate !

Wilder was indeed disappointing. But he would still beat Tyson Fury.

            This.

I honestly think Fury is the most hyped overrated boxer of this era.. I watched almost all his fights, nothing impressed me. He throws his fatass around his much smaller opponents majority of the time. His power is nothing exceptional either. I guess he moves alright for a giant, but in no way can he take out Wilder.

Wilder is too fast and too strong for him. If cunningam put this fatass to the ground, I think Wilder will put him to sleep

Wilder did show a weakness, a hole where Fury is dangerous. No in fight, no mauling. A few elbows and pushing, but clean. Fury is nasty in close. His chances look better to me.
