The guy didn't even mention anything about a possible fight at 126, at least throw the offer out there, the guy implied they're not intersted in the fight at any weight cuz Walters is much bigger than Lomachenko.

I'm sorry,since I like both fighters, but this is a clear duck on lomanchenkos part. Walters was out of commission for 8 months and missed weight by 1lb,and now lomanchenkos team is crying like if Walters is a giant who never makes weight,and will never make 126 again,when this is the first time that Walters misses weight. If they want to just say that Walters is too big,and to strong for lomanchenko,that's fine,but belt or no belt Walters is seen as one of the two best featherweights along side lomanchenko. Imagine if nobody had fought Margarito at 147 because he was "too big". If he can make the weight, he's in your division,so suck it up,man up,and stop using belts as an excuse not to fight him.

Ward, Mayweather and Rigondeaux (I wonder what they have in common) are fighters people expect to get in the ring with bigger opponent. People overlook everyone in the Rigondeaux's division ducking him and demand that he moves up a weight class; people are constantly demanding that Mayweather face bigger and bigger opponents; people demand that Ward move up a division.

Lomochenko and Golovkin (I wonder what they have in common) are expected to stay in their division. In the case of Golovkin it is okay that he beats stumblebum after stumblebum whilst calling out fighters smaller than himself. In the case of Lomochenko, it is okay for him to avoid a fighter in his own division because he is too big for him.

Everyone has his or her own baby to cuddle and demon to hate. I don't, since I'm not a fan of both. I see it as it is. And I don't blame the Ukrainian guy for wanting nothing to do with the huge Walters. The Jamaican guy is willing to lose his title just to obtain a weight advantage, then enters the ring with another nine pounds of packed power. This is no different from taking peds, except he makes it seem legal.

Had Walters made weight + held on to his title then this would be preposterous, but since he couldn't make weight + was stripped of the title then I understand their thinking.

Boxing isn't regulated and ran properly so guys being much larger than they compete at will continue to happen, and guys will attempt to maneuver their way to the most positive career result.

I will never blame the competitors for this because they are taking advantage of a weak system. Nothing is truly enforced and you can always buy or weasel your way out of something.

I will only discuss boxing with people who joined site in 2014 anyone 2013 or lower I will avoid because they bigger then me I'm going the Loma and GGG way of thinking on this forum
