I just don't see it. 50 rounds of hard sparring between Wlad and Wilder in Austria didn't produce a Wlad KO, why would a fight? People have a knee-jerk tendency to dismiss Wilder but the guy has already trained in Wlad's camp and gone rounds with him. That's waaaay more than most can say. When Fury gets into that ring it will be the first time he's ever been in a ring with him. Wilder has more experience boxing Wlad than Jennings, Povetkin, and Fury put together.

Notice that Wladimir just before uppercuting himself received a hard right uppercut from Jennings. That's quite embarassing for the "master boxer" he's pretending to be...

He knocked him down cleanly just once, with the left hook in the second. The three 'knockdowns' in the seventh came respectively from a throw, a push and a throw/elbow. The last one was blatantly not clean yet was counted anyway by a ref who should have had his licence revoked for either corruption or incompetence.

Wlad could have won that fight cleanly and got all the accolades, but the fact that he fouled so egregiously soured what little good work he did do.

3 of the kd's were legit and he also wobbled him several times. I agree that he should have been penalized by all the clinching but many seem to forget about all the damage he also did with punches. povetkin was very close to being knocked out in that 8th round
