Floyd will not fight Golovkin because there is nothing to gain by fighting this sludgehammer (who hammers and batters the sludge of the middleweight division).

Floyd has moved up four weight classes in his career and fought and beat the best fighters at each of those weight classes. Golovkin hasn't even beaten the best fighter in his first and only weight class.

Now, Golovin wants to fight a guy who started his career 20 years ago weighing 30 pounds less than the weight that Golovkin has fought his entire career. If Golovkin moves up to 168 and 175 and beats the best opponents in that weight class, he may be worthy of being compared to Mayweather. Right now, Golovkin doesn't even deserve to be mentioned in the same breath as Mayweather.

ggg wants to fight the best right? He seems to be only interested in smaller fighters. Ward and ggg will be about the same size on fight night ggg usually rehydrates to 172-173 while Ward would be at 176-177.

This crap is funny!!! All the Floyd hater's are bashing him for not fighting Golovkin, but are defending Golovkin for not fighting Ward. LMAO! Double standard fans! They relish the thought of Floyd losing. Since Golovking ways he can make 154, Floyd should take the fight and place a clause on Golovkin to weigh no more than 155 the night of the fight.

GGG is the most overrated hypejob of the last 10 years.......nobody knows how good he is......his status is based purely off speculation because he refuses to prove himself....... Floyd's resume at 21 yrs old still takes a hot steamy crap on GGG's. Bernard Hopkins, a guy who GGG nuthuggers love to compare GGG to and is considered a late bloomer still fought Roy Jones Jr before his 30th birthday if my memory serves me correctly....**** man, even Chavez Jr fought Martinez before his 30th birthday. Paul Williams couldn't get fights at ww so he moved up to challenge himself.....cotto and especically floyd arent gonna do this hypejob any favors by giving him a shot because that's not how they came up. If Canelo, Cotto, and Mayweather, all feel that GGG doesn't deserve a shot because he hasn't fought a top opponent, then how in hell can he fight a "TOP" opponent? On the flip side, if anyone is out here saying that these smaller fighters are "ducking" GGG, isn't it fair to say that GGG is "ducking" Andre Ward? I've read comments from Team Golovkin here on BS, stating that they don't see the need for GGG to fight Ward because Ward doesn't sell. What's good for the goose...
