Pacs days as a mentionable top figure are over. He had a great run, he's still a legend, and I believe around the cotto-hatton days he was P4P but certainly not anymore... PAC shot himself in the nuts with the whole shoulder thing, it's as damaging (from a fan-friendly, public relations standpoint), as Tyson biting a chunk out of holyfields ear. And he's lost a lot of fans, casual and diehard alike. He was never the smartest guy in the world, physically gifted yes, but never well developed upstairs...

not really i think they just felt like he used the fight promotion to promote himself with no real desire to actually fight and i dont think they are alone

Promote himself for what? He hasn't fought anyone and was/is much more known than Fury. The Fury situation didn't make him any more famous than he was.
