Call was already made by Roc Nation David Itskowitch to Kathy Duva and she confirmed that Roc Nation reached out to her about that fight likely next year.

That is how it should be done, not tough talk to amp up your fans and to look good in front of the boxing press.

Actually ward is a bit taller than Kovalev. So I don't think he is smaller than him. If he goes up one division, he will put on some muscle and heave the same physique than Kov.

Same thing with GGG. His guys have spoken with Ward's, likely next year. Ward's promoter feels the time is not right:

Roc Nation Sports will host is first major biggest event this Saturday when Miguel Cotto takes on Daniel Geale. Roc Nation Sports made a splash when they signed

“I think when the time is right to make those fights (Cotto-Golovkin, Golovkin-Ward), we’ll make those fights,” Itskowitch told BoxingScene.com. “Tom (Loeffler)and I go back a long way. I have called him about Golovkin. We’ve talked about some fights and I think those 2 fights are possible. I just think the time has to be right for both of them. I don’t think now is necessarily the time for them.”

He's not ducking or doing anything cowardly, so why act like there's something suspect in his gameplan? That's just hating. I don't think there's much doubt that he'll fight Kovalev before long.
Proof of Golovkin calling Ward out please? Not Sanchez, Golovkin. And not in a post fight interview or any other interview where someone else broaches the subject. I want video where Golovkin brings Ward's name into the discussion with no encouragement or prodding from anyone else.

Otherwise, STFU and crawl back under the bridge you came out from under.

Don't act so dim. Does Genady book his own fights? No? You guys weasel between every possible excuse. We can't credit the words of his camp nor can we blame him for the weak opposition he faces because that's not his choice. It's always not his fault, right? You fanatics have no faith in Golovkin, but you love to talk big.

                So why can't Ward?

Why does he hide in a division that didn't even exist during most of the history of boxing?

That's the point of this thread. Ward calls out the smaller GGG regularly (see boxingscene front page article) but demands GGG move up to fight him.

Why did Ward refuse to fight Stevenson a couple of years ago? Why doesn't he call out Kovalev?

The big difference here is Ward has already beaten world class opposition. GGG hasn't yet fought anyone with a pulse at 33.

Name "every fighter with a pulse" that has started negotiations with GGG.

Winning the Super 6 means you're "hiding" in the division?? LOL
