I think he gives May, Cotto and GGG problems but I feel GGG holds back to excite the fans, that fight is the most realistic out of the three and it will be a masterpiece.

I'm sure that golovkin is shaking in his boots after watching Lara go 12 with a guy who cotto destroyed in 3. GGG demolishes Lara inside of 8 rounds.

apart from Laras skill as a pure boxer, Delvin is the bum of the bumest, i dunno why he is boxing professionally.

He couldn't knock out a guy who he hit at will, he gets beat by GGG easily. Truthfully I will never watch Lara again, waste of time, he couldn't even KO a 100 to 1 underdog, he doesn't deserve a big payday. I'd rather watch fighters like Beterbiev, Kovalev and GGG, I know Lara isn't a KO artist but it was Delvin Rodriguez, who Cotto just beat easy. Who would want to fight Lara? All risk, no reward. He ran from Canelo but controls the pace against Delvin. GGG/Canelo would have won in the 1st or 2nd round against Delvin, Lara really needed at least a late KO to save face, which he didn't even try after he hurt Delvin many times.

Golovkin would make Lara fight for his life like Angulo did, and Lara's alot more exciting like that, but he didn't even come close to taking out a faded version of D-Rod tonight, forget putting him in with Golovkin. I'm still interested if DeCubas really tries to make the Golovkin fight or if Lara is just name dropping with no intent.

If no Froch/Golovkin, then give me DeGale/Golovkin. If Lara wants to make a statement to fight Golovkin, have him fight Khytrov.

I actually turned off the fight in the 5th round and went and scrubbed my bathtub. I also have to wonder how a club fighter such as Delvin keeps managing to get title fights??

Lara was Lara, u have to really push the guy to fight. Hard to say were Lara's career will go from here though I don't see him getting any BIG fights anytime soon. He's now 32 years old and just one of those really good fighters no one wants to fight and he'll likely fade into obscurity at this point. He's with Haymon so I'm sure he'll be good financially even If he's fighting bums or becomes a gatekeeper of some sort.....
