Here's a tip. Trolling works better when not so obvious.Golovkin might be the worst promoted fighter of all time. GGG needs a Top Rank or even GBP to have a chance at some good money. K2-sucks as a promoter and are clowns and inept morons. GGG even needs the boxing pimp Al Haymon to succeed. Being a commie in the USA doesn't help either. But GGG needs to drop K2 now.Comment

How many boxers do PPV? In your parallel universe you'd have constant fights between Mayweather, PAC, Cotto and Canelo. Nobody else would ever get a look in - it would be a shut-shop deal.
Those same fighters would whack the **** out of each other while their fanboys would do the same to themselves.Comment

I don't see GGG begging for anything. He should be more aggressive when calling out fighters IMO. GGG obviously does have fans and it is childish and ignorant to pretend he doesn't. Off the top of my head only Wlad, Froch, Cotto, Canelo, Pac, and Floyd draw bigger crowds or PPV.So GGG for two years hasn't been able to unify or get a PPV fight... How is that Cotto's fault it sounds like a REALLY REALLY ****ty promoting company. He can't stop talking about unification or PPV and in 2 years hasn't done either one. Dense?
I'm not the GGG fan begging and pleading for everything to go his way then cry like a b*tch about it when it doesn't.
Also, what does having "**** all" fans have to do with PPV or moving up in weight? So GGG is such a draw he has fans but he's also begging for fights? GGG fans are hands down the best at making excuses, that's quite a feat I have to admit.
Being that he's 33 it's quite right his promoter looks to get him maximum $$ where possible. Obviously neither a Wlad or PAC fight make sense for size reasons and Floyd is almost in that category. That leaves the other three who all pay lip service to a fight but when Team GGG push the issue or the media pushes then things go quiet (Froch) or the fighters themselves nearly choke on their own words (Cotto).
I seriously doubt that Beat Ass is a smarter promoter then Tom Loeffler - but just in case you have some smart advice for TL lets be hearing what you have to say.Comment

No, they have not decided that. The decision rests in Golovkin's control and if he does not agree to step aside, the title will be stripped from Cotto. It was repeated by Sulaiman after the Cotto - Geale fight that a signed contract by both Cotto and Canelo agreeing that the winner will fight GGG is required before they can fight for the title. There is another thread around here that details that. It's an undeniable fact that GGG has been and still is being avoided by the big names in his own division. But his team have never tried to make out that everybody from 154 to 168 is scared to fight him, if that's what you are saying.
What Sanchez actually said was that he believed GGG would KO everybody from 154 to 168, and that they would consider moving either up or down if they got the right offer.
As for the step aside money, they said after that Cotto/Geale that they hadn't been offered anything, and that the title was what GGG wanted.
But it looks like the WBC have already decided that Cotto and Canelo are going to fight for their MW belt next, whatever Golovkin does or doesn't want.
The WBC’s president was smiling in the ring after the TKO and has suggested his alphabet group will sign off on a Cotto-Alvarez match – even though Alvarez holds no belts and has defeated no middleweight contenders – with the proviso that a pre-fight contract be drawn up guaranteeing Golovkin’s got nextComment

Haymon bid $3.1million for the DeGale-Dirrell purse which was split 50/50. I'll let you do the maths. Spiteful troll? Nope, just simple truth.Last edited by Dirk Diggler UK; 06-09-2015, 12:02 PM.Comment
