I get what you are saying, but I think JUST AS MUCH emphasis should be given to Black on Black crimes where an even greater number of deaths occur. There needs to be more community involvement and programs that help inner-city youth to have certain outlets and programs that help them mature and make the right decisions when they get older and prevent the greater number of deaths which occur due to Black on Black crimes. The inner-city wars between gangs and neighborhood rivalries take way more lives and more innocent children. Some communities have more programs and centers than other communities and those neglected communities tend to have more violence within the community. Nothing more beautiful than seeing a show or article about how a community with next to nothing uses love, art, helping hands, and what little they have to build a little oasis within their community in some creative way. But on both fronts, the killings have to stop! I'd rather see cops use stun guns every time when in doubt instead of bullets. Only shoot if someone is pointing a gun at them and use a stun gun if they see someone reaching for something. Many less deaths would occur.

That's about the dumbest load of sh@t I've ever heard.
This is simple: Don't resist being detained/arrested and don't attack law enforcement and you don't get shot or abused. That's it.
The sooner people can get this through their heads, the sooner this garbage will be over with.
Carrying on with these protests, etc. is only fuelling stereotypes.
If you think white folks aren't gunned down in the same fashion, you're crazy.
The difference is that most white folks know they got what they deserve and don't protest over it.
At some point, people have to be accountable for their actions.
P.S. T. Martin was killed by a security guard, not a police officer.
U justifying unabated police murder might make u the dumbest MF on here . did u not read the post u android ? It's states the names of many who were ambushed and shot before given a chance to comply ! My post also includes vigilantes of whom Trayvon was murdered by , not just cComment

B-Hop 100% on point. Those who are largely unaffected by racism won't understand unless they actually try.
Also, calling B-Hop racist for shining a light on the racist proclivities of his hometown is mistaken. B-Hop (and ********** in general) can't be racist, because racism first requires the overwhelming advantage in politico-socioeconomic power in order to discriminate against those weaker (and different) than yourselves.
but anyone can be a bigot. I don't know B-Hop personally, but he did not come across as a bigot on this one. just calling it how it is.Comment

Your absolutely right , NOBODY black should be praised for "obeying" the law , instead they should only be praised for breaking it , here's why ;
Undeniably, the perpetration of genocide against Black people is well in progress as state-sponsored policy superbly executed by law enforcement and vigilantes in every state, every county, and in every community. It***8217;s not hard to diagnose: Michael Brown murdered because he was walking the in the middle of the road; Trayvon Martin murdered when returning home from a trip to the corner store; Walter Scott murdered while test driving a used car; Vonderitt Myers murdered after enjoying a turkey sandwich; John Crawford, III murdered while shopping at Walmart; Freddie Grey, hunted down and murdered because he exchanged eye contact with police, 12 year old Tamir Rice murdered playing with a toy in a community center across the street from his house. The only commonality between these individuals was that they were living while Black. In addition, a carnivorous prison industrial complex and justice department bloated with nearly 1 million bodies that has meticulously impaled black men, boys and black families.Comment

I'm not a victim , instead the victims names were listed in my post , did u not read it u ignorant f..k ? People like yourself r the reason why they're r so many victims . Because people like u got beat up in all throughout school and then decided to be a cop to enact revenge . Here's some advice ; be a man , don't hide behind a gun or a keyboard , and stop trying to defend those who do . If u hate black people , go to their communities and tell them so . Racist coward !Comment

U attempting to justify unabated and unprovoked police murder might make u the dumbest MF on this entire site . Can u even read ? Most of the names listed in my post were ambushed and gunned down BEFORE given any chance to comply to any so called law abiding command . Furthermore , my post doesn't just list cops , it also list vigilantes , of whom Trayvon was killed by . I'm never surprised by the effrontery of racism , only rather by the bottomless depths of ******ity it seems to possess !Comment

Of course this thread will go bad because we have so many ignorant hateful people on this forum. Hopkins is from Philly and he speaks based on his experiences within His City so I can't try to argue with him if he is right or wrong. B-Hop is a great story, turned his life Around made a lot of money in the sport the right way and became a Great Boxer
Philly have their issues that is no secret.Comment

Bhop is still borderline-******ed and racist as hell.
The worst Rocky movie is a million times more exciting than a Bernard Hopkins fight. He got a little hype from winning a title as old as he is, but no one was ever really interested in watching Hopkins spoil his way to a decision.
Race has zero to do with why people don't want to see Bernard Hopkins.
But yeah, people don't respect him because he's black. I'm more interested in watching him pronounce the word skullduggery, than watching him box.Comment

Racism gives racists power, because racism itself requires power from and by those who choose to use racism as a tool to exploit and dominate others. Example... The old school racists who created/supported/upheld Jim Crow laws, would not have gotten far had racism not been institutionalized from the highest levels of the socioeconomic order on down.Comment
