You have to realize, Barcham is in love! Fans of most every fighter wants to see that fighter matched tough. All you did was support the theory that he doesn't want to fight Ward right now. He clearly says Andre Ward is "for future" and "focused on middleweight" and "only for PPV fight"

Ward has not fought since 2013 and before that he had a year layoff..is it unfair for him to get some tune ups? Both sides sound ******..Ward is not scared of GGG and GGG should not be rushed to fight the best fighter at 168...chill out

I agree that both sides sound dumb. GGG wants money and at this point Ward doesn't bring that to the table. Ward hasn't fought in 15 years so he needs a tune up or 2. Let's let things develop before we say either is ducking each other

Great Fight. Two of the worlds best both at the top of their divisions and undefeated. Truth is neither guy wants it right now. Neither man will fear the other either though. If GGG whooped Ward then that makes potential legacy and money fights with Cotto and Canelo look like pointless mismatches, he'd also be better prepared for Ward having been in with (should he win) Cotto and Saul. Ward has been out injured for ages and inactive even before that so he has a lot of rust to shake off which is totally fair considering there is no real mandate for this fight and they aren't even at the same weight class.

Plus the timing doesn't even feel right as a fan tbh. It should happen and if they keep winning it will but they cant stall too long because Andre is a big guy and he will be moving up one day plus there isn't much comp left for him at SMW

Please stop this nonsense, nobody is ducking nobody. Both are great fighters, and of course I'd like to see them fight, but lets be real is not fair for Andre to be that inactive and put him with GGG in his first comeback fight.

But I also won't stand waiting 3 or more years for this fight. Let Andre have his tune-ups and the make it happen, of course, Andre needs to look ELITE in those fights.

I have a question, If Ward comes to his Elite Level, and GGG still winning and have all the belts, will it be at full SMW or Will it be at a Catchweight, lets say 164-166?
