Think he stated he had an Italian passport... but doesn't bypass the fight requirement... but they most likely gave special permission

I remember cotto fighting branco back in 2006. Cotto ko'd him in the middle rounds. I cant believe this guy almost 10 years later is a champion lol. Another good name on cotto's resume.
