155 is the preferred weight for Canelo himself. Canelo himself dont wanna move to 160 yet. So i have no Problem with this weight, it is good for both fighters. Yes i dont like catch weights but this one is reasonable for both fighters so im cool with that. Cotto dont belong at 160.

funny I don't see that happening if canelo takes the title...he's already said he wants to stay at 154 so that means canelo would be requesting catchweights when fighting mws or fighting smaller fighters

Not so sure....Canelo is an explosive fast puncher and what happens when he lands on Cotto? Canelo has no footwork but against Cotto he wont Need much.
It gonna be a great fight while it lasts but to me ist 50:50.

Canelo should demand the fight at 160. Cotto can't back out this time, HBO has him by the balls. If I was Golden Boy I wouldn't accept anything less than the full middle weight limit. If the fight is at 155 then it shouldn't be a title fight.
