FYi; The fight is almost sign, it wont be in september, and it will be at MSG unless Canelo Agreess to 55-45 split. But september it is out of the equation?

All Cotto biggest fights were in vegas, all Pacquiao biggest fights in Vegas and there is a reason why Mayweather exclusively fights in Vegas. A fight this big needs to be in Vegas that's how you maximize the money and get all the high rollers.

Canelo will crush Cotto. He got schooled and embarrassed by trout the last quality fighter he faced. A trout who Canelo dropped and beat. Cotto hasn't gotten better since then just lowered the quality of fighters he has faced. Since trout faced 2 bums and a crippled Martinez. Canelo has never been seriously hurt, let alone dropped. Quite frankly Canelo has one of the best chins in boxing right now. Cotto has been dropped many times, knocked out multiple times, knees buckled many times all by smaller weaker punches then Canelo. Cotto has no shot at dropping Canelo his only chance is to try and win a decision which won't happen. Canelo will batter him till his face falls apart or until he takes a knee again.

Are you seriously bringing up a fight when Canelo was what 18 or 19 years old? That was a lifetime ago. That was basically Canelos amateur career. Canelo has faced better competition at 154 and his chin has proved to be one of the best in boxing. Nobody has ever said that about Cotto he has been knocked out by little guys. Canelo has been hit by bigger stronger punches then Cotto and been unfazes. If anyone has the edge in chin it's clearly Canelo. Many fighters have hurt Cotto and made his face look like mush.
