Why is HW boxing only relevant when an U.S. American is Champion?

      The problem isn't the K bros, the problem is the entire division is weak. Very similar to Holmes run as the champ. He still doesn't receive much credit because his competition was weak.

          There seems to be a pattern, if there is no american dominating the division then it starts to be called weak and irrelevant.
