In no way shape or form was either fighter dominant.
I recently rewatched it on mute and scored it a draw. The commentary was highly biased.
Don't care how many people laugh etc, I watched it objectively, Pacquiao's defence was excellent and Floyd's jab was superb.
It was a very close fight.
Mock me all you want I don't give a fk, the fight was a draw or 7-5 either way on my card and I want to see a rematch.Comment

I did.
The fight will be seen in a more objective light in the future.
Because PAC fought a certain way due to his gameplan, this was interpreted as Floyd making him fight that way, when it was just the gameplan. Pac's underrated defence meant Floyd got credit for punches that weren't clean and very iffy.
I'm 100% honest here I saw a close fight, don't know wtf people are talking about when they say it was a domination, nothing of the sort. The commentators (American and British) gave people a narrative from the opening bell that swayed peoples perceptions of what was happening, it's not the first time I or anyone else has been swayed by commentators. Froch Groves 1 is a perfect example of how badly biased commentary can fk up your perception.Comment

Jesus man **** off alreadyGurrero fell for the same deception millions of others did: Mayweather's speed was so fast MOST didn't realize that his PUNCHES WERE NOT Landing on Pacquiao. Pacquiao blocked about 90% of Mayweather's shots with his gloves and arms. The other 10% of Mayweather's landed shots were shots that didn't fully connect... Pacquiao didn't do that much either, but he did more than Mayweather and clearly dominated at least two rounds..
Pac landed more shots, the better-harder shots, and was the aggressor in more rounds.
If you haven't watched the fight in slow motion please do so, it's pretty clear that Mayweather did not land anywhere near what compubox stated (See Cotto v. Mayweather fight as well where there are clear rounds where compubox was just so off target with its punch totals it's beyond laughable.)
To beat Mayweather in Vegas, you have to dominate the round..you can't just win..but the Slow motion replay of May-Pac clearly shows Pac the winner. And this isn't the first time Mayweather has lost a fight either: See Castillo 1 and Maidana 1Comment
