On the other hand, all 3 of Khan's WW victories against world champs have been convincing unanimous victories: 119-109 against Collazo, 120-108 against Alexander, and 116-112 against Algieri. Even the Algieri fight he had problems with was still a far more convincing victory than Brook's last win against a world champ.
There was nothing close about that fight and he actually looked very good, he manhandled Porter, controlled him, utilized the jab very well, rolled shots, landed lead right hands that momentarily stunned Porter. Also landed some nice check hooks throughout. Very easy fight to score, most in this forum, including myself, didn't give Porter more than 3 rounds if you can find those threads.

And again, this against a caliber of opponent far greater than anyone Khan has faced since getting taken out against Garcia.

There is a reason that Brook has 35 fights and exactly how many names stand out? Porter? and?

Khan has accomplished more and has a considerably better resume than Kell. Not to mention he is more known than Brook.
Khan isn't coming off a victory over a close-to P4P 3 weight world champion. Maidana was.

Shawn Porter would be Amir Khan's best win in his whole career, nevermind the last couple of years.

But more importantly, Danny Garcia isn't even a WW. He hasn't fought a single fight at WW yet. It would be pretty dumb to put some LWW at the front of the WW queue.

What a womanly fanboy response only a Khanturd could ever come up with. Garcia literally smashed the living sht out of Khan on top of beating another guy that beat Khan, as well as Matthysse - who alone would be the best guy Khan ever beat BY FAR. That's just on top of his other wins and he's undefeated + better known than Khan AND does better ratings

By the standards you just set, Garcia should easily be the first choice for Mayweather.

      His resume literally smokes Khan's.

The only thing he has to offer is a belt, which Floyd doesn't want since he's vacating his belts anyway.
That would have been the easiest way to find out who would be better for his legacy. Two boxers fighting to prove who is better....what a novel concept.

            Brook imo.

Hes the tougher fight for Mayweather and would win in a head to head w/khan and has the better win at welterweight and has a world title.

Problem with Khan is that he has reached his level. It would still be a decent win though

I'd say Kell because he's going to go on and do big things in boxing and Khan's not.

Neither of them would add to it much to be honest but now they are his best opponents along with Thurman. The latter wasn't a knock on these guys they are good and the ww is still hands down the best weight class today but Mayweather fought and beat so many names that it won't be important if his last fight is against Brook or Khan... Bot of those guys have a resume nothing compared to Mosley, JMM, Cotto, etc...

Sorry buddy but Floyd is all about money right now, and will fight Khan in Vegas! Looking forward to seeing his British fanbase make a big noise in Vegas! If it's anything like the Hatton fight i'll be amped, I missed out on heading out to Vegas for that fight.

A Khan win would bring more attention.

Boxing-wise though, i'd say Brook. As he would be the tougher fight out of the 2.

                      Ive said this before;

Khans resume at WW is about equal to Brook's.

Khan has a deeper resume at Lightweight and Light Welter, but that was over four years ago.

Brook is undefeated and a much more natural 147.

To be honest, neither 'enhance' Floyd's legacy that much.
