This was a question asked by Nes from Thaboxing voice on the video he did with Thurman dissing Khan. So Virgil started saying that Thurman best watch his mouth because he's known him since day one and saw some surprising things that would blow away people during amatuer bouts and sparring sessions. He clearly saw Thurman get sparked out numerous times and questions his chin and shouldn't be questioning others if his own is glass.

Thurman was sparring full grown men and professional fighters since he was young, barely a teen. It would make sense that things would have happened to him in those early days.
