Surprise he ain't on here yet, anytime someone types a capital G he comes running. I told that fool multiple times GGG would take step aside money because he really wants the name not the belt.
GGG wants the belt, not Cotto. Beating a faded SWW would do nothing for his reputation whatsoever.
Taking step aside money would be sensible because I don't think the WBC will enforce their mandatory, so that money would be the only profit GGG is ever going to make out of Cotto.
Cotto won't fight him, under any circumstances, and I'm sure GGG knows that.
Cotto is doing what all fighters should do don't let these scumbags screw you over in life he's taking control of his career and doing what's best for him all you haters keep hating because cotto is 1 of the best of this era no matter how much you hate you can't change history *****es

Have to say, I strongly favour Canelo at this point.
He's getting better with each passing fight, his sheer size at the weight, his power is serious, his chin is very good...if the fight gets made, he'll be the heavy favourite.

This is such an elementary, devoted fanboy post. Thanks for the laughs. As far as cotto goes, as long as geale isnt to weight drained I fore see him getting a puerto rican day parade style beatdown.
... Cotto says he has a "verbal" agreement, but Golovkin asked for a signed paper and/or step aside money. Because: 1) Geale might win or 2) Cotto might win and fight Floyd, instead of Canelo... a.s.o.
The situation is complicated...
I have now come to the conclusion that Cotto or Canelo will never get in the ring with Golovkin, just not happening. Neither has the stones to fight him, so if he has the chance to have the WBC strip Cotto then he should demand it, then fight for the belt with whoever.
