Have not seen those habits in his latest fights. All fighters can have off nights. Even Floyd has had them. As I wrote before, he has learned to calm himself very well, and stick to the game plan. His instinct is to go to war. That has not favoured him. Now, different story. Some dude called Wladimir could also change his style according to his strenghts. I believe Khan has done the same.for starters he got baited into throwing a right uppercut at a long distance, which opened him up for Garcia's crispy counter left that was the beginning of the end
His career has largely been smoke and mirrors ever since losing to Garcia. They tried to match him up favorable. Even then he went 7-5 with Julio Diaz, someone who can't quite put it all together at the higher levels.
Amir often panics and will either brawl or run. His lack of ring instincts devoid him of the composure to come up with adjustmentsComment

Might be. Not so sure about the jab though. Khan has reflexes, speed and more power (arguably). And better (faster) movement. This is a good fight. To say that either is "superior" is foolish. I believe 60-40 Khan.Comment

Speed can be tamed by winning the jab game, which is very likely when you got the better stick.
Good countering will also discourage someone from putting they punches together to fully actualize the benefits of their speedComment

That is true. BUT if the faster guy gets his shots off first.. Well you are in trouble. Kell is no master counterer. He is a straight up conventional boxer-puncher. Khan is great at throwing combinations and getting out. He is now a better fifgter he was against Garcia etc. And he did not do badly at that stage of his career either. Lots of good wins. Better record than Brook has. Easily.Comment

I haven't watched the entire Khan-Alexander fight. But he was impressive then, did you see it?for starters he got baited into throwing a right uppercut at a long distance, which opened him up for Garcia's crispy counter left that was the beginning of the end. This suggests Amir doesn't have a good understanding of distance and timing.

I think that Khan will outclass Algieri, who is as over-hyped as Provodnikov.Counterpunchers maybe, if they can time him. But movers and classical boxers khan beats every time becouse of his speed and athletism. Despite his size Chris is not nearly good enough to outbox Amir. Perhaps no-one is.
Chris doesnt use his reach that well either. But these are the questions im looking to get the answer to. Decent scrap we have here IMOComment
You seem to think that Khan is Shiet and gets KO'd in every fight?
