Solid chin, sure. But I'd a lot more surprised if it goes the distance as opposed to stopping early.

And I don't think it would have been different at any stage in Johnson's career.

People are saying Peter Fury will be in his corner. Very interesting!
Yea i heard he's been training with them for the last 3 weeks

Im excited about this fight, as I understand Johnson has never been KO and Joshua has never been past the third round - very interesting scenario.

Johnson is the Fat Yank version of Audley Harrison.

He could sell meat to a ***in vegan.

I can see him causing Joshua problems though. Not sold on him yet. He's a bit stiff....pause....

Indeed. 100% agree. I just hope people don't act like this is a huge achievement if AJ stops Kingping because Kingpin is a lot older than when Vitali fought him, and fury so on so on! It's a very nice step up for AJ all the same.

            I can understand that fella.

People were saying he's the next Lennox lewis etc, which was painful to hear lol. AJ is brilliant at what he does but Lennox was the full package when he turned pro, he was a boxer, a really really good boxer, i think AJ can box to a degree but he's not Lewis, AJ is more of a puncher. Lewis was a pure boxer that could ****!

Quite looking forward to this one.

I have a lot of time for big AJ, like how he carries himself and goes about his business. Also looks set to become a very good fighter.

I expect Johnson to go some rounds and test AJ's stamina, as well as his power.

Honestly, I can see Joshua blowing out of his arse after about 5 or 6 rounds. He's too muscled. The problem is that Johnson won't throw enough back to take advantage of it. He'll just look to survive 12. I can imagine some kind of premature stoppage here tbh.

Johnson is a master at surviving. He's purely a defensive fighter with little else to offer. If Joshua stops him it will be impressive.

                  I also expect a stoppage.

                    Im with you on Joshua.

                    Far from sold on him.

To be honest I'm not too impressed at the moment and he does look very stiff to me, doesn't really seem very fluid. Nothing at all like a Lennox Lewis who was clearly very fluid for a big man from his early fights with an obvious skill set.

Joshua reminds me more of Bruno.

                    But time will tell.

That's my impression of him as well. No where near what Lennox Lewis was.

I'm always skeptical about heavily muscled fighters.
